It is expensive to produce grass seed. For seed growers to maintain profitability and produce abundant supplies of quality seed, they need excellent yields and good prices.

Our Growing Area
Oregon's Willamette Valley stretches about 120 miles, from Portland in the north to Eugene in the south, and is approximately 40 miles wide. Our proximity to the Pacific Ocean greatly modifies our climate: wet, mild winters and warm, dry summers. These conditions are perfectly suited for producing top quality grass seed.
Additional seed production areas include eastern Oregon, Washington, northern Idaho, Arizona, California, Oklahoma, Georgia, Canada and New Zealand.
In addition to producing our own varieties, we produce specialty seeds for many foreign and domestic companies. |
